How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Medley pouch provided, and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Medley Jewellery comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects but does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
